Rules

§1 General provisions

1.1. By registering an account, the player accepts the terms of these rules.

1.2. Not knowing the rules does not exempt a player from following them.

1.3. Breaking the rules results in a warning, mute, or ban according to the server's penalty tariff.

1.4. Forcing rank, money, etc. from other players is forbidden.

1.5. Any activity harmful to the server is strictly forbidden.

1.6. Using vulgar or offensive nicknames is forbidden.

1.7. Advertising competing servers is forbidden.

1.8. Impersonating players or the server administration is forbidden.

1.9. Advertising competing servers and links unrelated to the server is forbidden.

1.10. Evading punishments is forbidden.

1.11. Sharing other people's personal data is strictly forbidden.

1.12. A player has 7 days to appeal a ban.

1.13. The server's management has the right to ban a player without stating a specific reason.

§2 Gameplay and conduct rules

2.1. Any attempts to bypass censorship, insult, or provoke other players are forbidden.

2.2. Any modifications or software that make the game easier are forbidden.

2.3. Spamming and flooding of any kind is forbidden.

2.4. Using bugs, if any occur on the server, is forbidden.

2.5. Deliberately sending false reports is forbidden.

2.6. Obstructing the running of events is forbidden.

2.7. Illegally farming kills is forbidden.

2.8. Deliberately misleading players or the administration is forbidden.

2.9. Deliberately interfering with someone's work is forbidden.

2.10. Repeatedly scamming items from players or the administration is forbidden.

2.11. Deliberately blocking teleports with vehicles is forbidden.

2.12. Using two or more accounts at the same time to gain an advantage over other players, in particular by simultaneously earning money, experience, or other benefits on multiple accounts, is forbidden.

§3 Administration

3.1. An administrator has 24 hours to provide evidence when a ban was issued for cheating, otherwise the player is unbanned.

3.2. An administrator is obligated to help a player who asks for it.

3.3. An administrator must set a good example for other players.

3.4. If an administrator fails to fulfill their assigned duties, they receive a warning. Three warnings result in demotion from their position.

§4 Shop purchase rules

4.1. A shop purchase is voluntary support for the server in exchange for access to specific virtual in-game features (e.g. a VIP account, virtual coins / VC, or a location map). It is not a sale of physical goods and does not guarantee uninterrupted server operation. The player receives only what is stated in the package description shown in the shop at the time of purchase.

4.2. Payments are handled by the external provider Tebex Limited, which acts as the seller (Merchant of Record) responsible for processing payment, charging VAT, and issuing a purchase confirmation. By placing an order, the player confirms they are authorized to use the chosen payment method and accepts these rules and Tebex's terms.

4.3. Shop packages are digital content / a digital service delivered immediately once payment is confirmed, by activation on the player account linked to the purchase. By completing a purchase, the player consents to the service starting immediately, before the statutory 14-day withdrawal period expires, and acknowledges that this means losing the right to withdraw from the contract under Article 38 point 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

4.4. Performance is deemed complete when the purchased features are activated on the player's account. Proof of delivery is the entry in the player's purchase history and the transaction status at Tebex. The player must verify activation after purchase.

4.5. After a package has been properly delivered (activated), no refund is due, except in the cases set out in sections 4.6-4.7, or where a refund is required by mandatory law or Tebex policy.

4.6. Complaints about a purchase, in particular failure to activate purchased features, must be sent to [email protected] before opening a dispute with the payment provider or bank, including the account login and transaction number. Complaints will be resolved within 14 days of being submitted.

4.7. In the event of a technical error preventing use of a purchased package, the administration may, at its discretion, extend the VIP package duration, top up the virtual coin balance, or refer the matter to Tebex for a refund if the complaint is upheld.

4.8. Purchased VIP packages and other shop services grant access only for as long as the game server is operating and the account remains active and not permanently sanctioned. "Forever" / permanent means access for the lifetime of the service, not a lifetime guarantee independent of the server continuing to run.

4.9. Virtual coins (VC) are a virtual balance on the player's account, with no cash value and no right to withdraw or exchange them for money. VC may only be spent on the in-game goods and services designated by the server, on the terms and at the prices set by the server, which may change.

4.10. If a VC package purchase is refunded, charged back, reversed, or otherwise voided, the administration deducts the corresponding number of coins from the player's account and reclaims goods and services obtained with those coins (e.g. vehicles or other in-game items). If the VC balance is not enough for a full deduction, the administration may reclaim benefits of equivalent value or apply other sanctions, including blocking the account.

4.11. Server shutdown, suspension of operations, technical downtime, changes to game features, an account penalty (including a ban), or the player stopping play do not entitle the player to a refund for any unused portion of a VIP package or for unspent virtual coins.

4.12. Filing a chargeback, a bank or card-issuer complaint, or any other payment dispute after receiving the purchase, without first using the complaint path in section 4.6, or despite proper delivery of the service, is treated as activity harmful to the server. In that case the administration may immediately revoke purchased benefits, including under section 4.10, block the player's account, and pass the matter to Tebex together with proof of delivery.

4.13. Access to a location map (including the statuettes map) is assigned only to the purchaser's account. Capturing, copying, or sharing the map contents or location information obtained through that access with other people is prohibited (in particular screenshots, recordings, coordinate lists, or location descriptions). A breach may result in immediate revocation of map access and other sanctions under these rules, with no right to a refund.

Final provisions

These rules are the property of Polski Mega Serwer, copying them is forbidden.

The administration reserves the right to change these rules at any time. If this happens, users will be informed.
